Jerry's Universal Sauce

3 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 ounce lemon juice
1/3 cup white wine

8 or 16 ounces of mushrooms, fresh or canned.

Add all above to sauce pan and heat till boils

Mix 1/2 cup corn starch with cooked broth till smooth.

Add corn starch mix to pan a little at a time until it thickens. Uses about 3/4 of mix

Bring to simmer for it to thicken.

Turn off heat and add 4 tablespoons of butter
