Slow Cooker Honey Hoisin Chicken
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup white wine
Optional
Vegetables of your choosing
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
4 cups hot cooked brown rice (or white rice)
1/4 cup sliced scallion, green tops included
Directions:
Place items together in crock pot and cook on low about 4-5 hours. Chicken does not need to be browned beforehand. Keep an eye on your liquid if your cooker's lid does not have a tight seal.
