Jiffy Corn Casserole

Jiffy Corn Casserole

2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 package cornbread/muffin mix (Jiffy)
1 stick butter OR 4 oz canola oil

 Spray 13x9x2  casserole dish with no stick spray.

Melt butter, mix with above, or just add oil and mix and pour into casserole.

 Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
