Here you will find a collection of recipes, all which I have cooked myself. These recipes have been compiled from family, friends, in our travels or just modified from ones which I have read about or seen on television. No recipes here are posted without first being tried, and if they do not meet the strict quality control standards of my kid and wife, they are tossed. After all, why one would cook if it was not to be enjoyed. Welcome and I look towards reading your comments and your experiences with these recipes.
