Caeser Salad Dressing

2 cloves garlic or as much as you can stand
3/4 Cup Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Egg
1/2 can anchovies
3 oz. Parmesan Cheese
4 drops of Worcestershire sauce

Combine, pulverizing anchovies in a blender or food processor.

Makes enough dressing for 2 heads of Romaine
