Chocolate Chip Muffins

3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
4 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
2 Cups Milk
2/3 Cup Canola Oil
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Choc Chips

Add the sugar and egg to a bowl and beat well, scraping down the sides.
Add all other items EXCEPT Choc Chips and mix well.
When mixed, add the Choc Chips and stir.

Spray muffin pans with no stick spray.
Place batter in pans, bake at  400 for 25 minutes.

Should make about 12 Texas Sized Muffins
