Filled Cookies

Shell

2 sticks butter or margarine
2 1/2 cups flour
8 oz cream cheese

Mix all in an electric mixer until it forms into a ball.

Filling

1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 t vanilla
2 T butter, melted

Place dough into mini muffin tins, press well all around.

Add filling.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
